It is great to see the building is restored and well preserved. We booked a king-sized room, and absolutely loved the bed. It was so comfortable, that puts you sleep right away.

I love the location of Quinta Real. It's very central and all the important places to see in Puebla are accessible, especially the Cathedral and the Biblioteca Palafoxiana. I love the architecture and ambience of the hotel. The interior is very classy and tasteful. It's like we were transported to an old world. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. They were able to book for us a great private tour to Cholula and Atlixco. The breakfast was delish in the beautiful dining area.

The design, the atmosphere and the staff service is absolutely second to none! (Kudos to your front desk staff) This was a nuns convent converted into a great hospitality establishment-one can feel the tranquility and the history of this space! A hidden gem right in the middle of everything, near many turistic attractions, yet, hidden enough to enjoy a peaceful time! Try to get up early for breakfast and enjoy the live piano music inside the courtyard!

A wonderful historic hotel in the city centre of Puebla, 2 min walk from the cathedral. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is great, comfy beds and a excellent breakfast in the patio.

Gorgeous place, old convent lots if history. Excellent location near historic center. Very clean & friendly staff. Food was excellent!

As beautiful as the pictures. Central location but quiet due to rooms all facing courtyards.Upper level had cloister style corridors round courtyard with outdoor seating. Reception staff very nice with fair to good English and helpful and efficient. Impressed by the courtyard restaurant arena style roof that was closed during a rainstorm!

It is a very interesting hotel, being a converted convent. In this respect, the property has a lot of character and was what I was expecting. The location is super-convenient!
